We currently work with players worldwide from ages 12 to 23yrs. Tim Lees (UEFA A Licence) heads up the Individual Player Analysis Programme having worked at three Premier League clubs, been Academy Manager at St Louis F.C. and worked individually with dozens of players playing the highest levels professionally and Internationally. 

The analysis programme involves weekly telephone, zoom or skype conversations building sustainable mentoring relationships with players and/or parents. To qualify for this programme, players must have access to full game footage film. This is analysed in detail and then fed back in numerous formats which include overall assessment, guidance, efficiency recording for objectivity, types of practice suggestions and consistent feedback. This unique programme began in 2019 and is now being implemented in over 20 countries worldwide. Please note, this service is not offered for players below 12 years of age.
