Building relationships through trust, professionalism and establishing the right culture leads to sustainable partnerships. Tim Lees heads up the Club Assistance Programme which caters for every level from grassroots u6 to professional u19's.  We currently work with over 80 clubs worldwide via club visits and remotely via zoom; the aim is to reach optimal performance throughout the club(s). Clubs all have their own philosophy, methodology and beliefs in terms of development. We consult with individual groups, teams of clubs based on THEIR needs and driven by the leadership groups (directors, managers, owners etc). We do not come in and emphasise a specific way or belief.  We have initial conversations to build connections around what the club is looking for and we try to add to their current programme in various areas. Based out of Manchester, England this is now a global service which is monitored on a weekly basis either in person or remotely. Areas of development typically include:

 

SEMINARS: one v one development, collective principles, periodisation through the ages, developing a specific style of play alongside a clear game model, club morals, culture, individual development principles and methods.

ON FIELD: sessions, individual isolation, technical stations, position specific sessions, identity specific sessions

INDIVIDUALS: efficiency recording models, game analysis remotely, individual programmes etc.

Our aim is to add to what clubs currently have, not replace anything. Programmes and staff all depend on the individual needs and can include visits and consultation from Tim Lees (company owner), S & C, Psychologists, Nutritionists, analysts and other technical staff.
